Luke has represented people who have been severely harmed due to drug and medical product liability, premises liability, consumer product liability and motor vehicle liability.

 

Luke received his B.A. in 1997 from King’s College and his J.D. in 2000 from Temple University School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 2001 and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.


He focuses his practice in the areas of Mass Torts, Toxic Torts, Class Actions, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Employment Discrimination, Medicare Subrogation, Trust and Estates and Class Action Settlement Administration, Tax, Elder Law, Wills and Trusts, Real Estate and Gaming Industry.


His practice is national in scope. He has been instrumental in the settlement of thousands of personal injury claims involving drug or product exposure, asbestos exposure, people injured by doctor or hospital error, or by auto accidents. He continues to represent persons in the following litigations: MDL 1203 Diet Drugs, MDL 1657 Vioxx, MDL 875 Asbestos, MDL 1953 Heparin, MDL  1968, MDL  1871 Avandia, MDL  1968 Digitek, MDL  1928 Trasylol.


In addition to his personal injury and products liability practice, Mr. Pepper also represents businesses advising on a variety of complex issues including contracts business formation, tax, mergers and acquisitions, employment issues, corporate structure, real estate, franchise agreements and vendor agreements.


He also represents businesses and individuals facing enforcement-related issues. These include criminal, administrative and legislative inquiries and proceedings.  He advises operators, applicants, lenders and vendors in all phases of the casino and "Racino" industries, including licensing, compliance, development and construction, and acquisition and disposition of gaming and racing properties. Luke also serves as general counsel to several businesses.
